CHC Visit Report
Summary

As part of the preparations for the HPHT exploration well Tomcat in Q3 2024, PUN as performed a visit to CHC in Kristiansund. CHC presented the service delivery and scope of work and then there was a quick tour at the heliport and workshop/hangar.

PUN is familiar with CHC Kristiansund from previous operations. INEOS visited Kristiansund as part
of their preparations for the Fat Canyon well in 2022. INEOS E&P Norge AS was purchased by PUN
in 2021. CHC is also subject for a yearly Joint Industry Audit lead by Offshore Qualific on behalf of
the operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. PUN has access to all reports and status on
findings.

PUN’s impression is that CHC is well prepared for the Tomcat operation. CHC has a robust custom-made management system, stability and experience in the organization (dedicated personnel for the PUN operations) and good systems in place for cargo and security
handling. Two (2) Actions were noted during the meeting. One action is closed an the other is to send the Emergency preparedness bridging document to CHC before operation.
