Summary

The goal of the review was to verify Franks’ readiness for the upcoming operations regarding Tubular running service incl. spooling and to identify possible areas for improvement (Chapter 2).
The review was held in a good atmosphere. The participants were very open and willing to explain and share information. Our impression is that Franks will strengthen the deliveries for the DNO operations.

    handling and responsibility seems needed. Action on DNO/Dolphin (WellConnection) to raise
    this in planning meetings, pre-job meetings and HSE information meetings and secure that
    relevant training/handling is provided.

    Post review comment: WellConnection (WC) will provide a project specific procedure that will be communicated offshore. A NORM Specialist from WC will be onboard Borgland from week 13.
