The Deepsea Nordkapp DP Documentation has been subjected to a detailed review at the request of Okea ASA. This review has been conducted under the guidelines established in IMO and IMCA publications.
The documentation that has been reviewed is as follows:
1) DP FMEA: GM-PRJ106232-DP-FMEA-0001 Rev 4
2) March 2024 DP Trials: GM-PRJ115848-DP-TRL-0001 Rev 2
3) WSOG provided by Odfell Drilling
4) Equivalent to CAMO provided by Odfell Drilling
It is verified that the Deepsea Nordkapp is in compliance with the guidelines established in IMO and IMCA publications based on the documentation reviewed as listed above with the following exceptions:
1) No exceptions
These exceptions have been mitigated by:
1) Not applicable
The vessel is suitable for DP equipment class 1, 2 or 3 activities.
Well Specific Operating Guidelines (WSOG) and suitable system configurations as listed in the document entitled “CAMO Equivalent” have been established for top hole drilling activities.
