Oceaneerings deliveries to Oselvar PP&A
Summary

The goal with the verification was to verify Oceaneering’ readiness for the Oselvar PP&A and the Gomez exploration well operations related to the verification scope (Chapter 2).
The verification was held in good atmosphere, the Oceaneering participants were very open and willing to explain and share information.
Our general impression is that Oceaneering is a professional company and is in good shape for the upcoming operations. Oceaneering will strengthen the deliveries for the DNO operations, especially the stability and experience in the organization where dedicated personnel with minimum 15 years of experience will be assigned to upcoming activities.
The risk-based approach Oceaneering use in all processes stand out as robust, incl. the handling of Covid-19.

Oceaneering has a goal of zero first aid treatment cases for 2021, and a goal of less than 10 finger injuries. And in 2020 Oceaneering had 15 first aid cases related to finger injuries
The verification team think there is a mismatch between the goal and the number of cases.
Oceaneering to consider to set the first aid goal as a vision and not as a working target/KPI.
