Odfjell – Missing remote operated valves on 2 cement silos
Responsible for follow up: Stig Seland (Well Expertise). 29.08.19: Missing 2 auto purge on CMT tank 1 and 2. Missing 6 bulk valves in total in cross (4barytt and 2 to cement). Pipelines are delivered but not installed, valves are not received. Larger job, NOV needs to include it in cyberbase.
CMT jobs are done from 3 and 4. Bulk operations are covered in procedures. -
