Summary

The safety delegate conducted the yearly safety round in week 49 and 50. The management group is responsible for giving feedback and closing all findings.

    Cold offices and
    Individual temperature
    adjustment does not
    work in some offices.

    Low temperature identified
    earlier, and some improvements
    have been done. However, some
    offices do not have functional
    sensors and system for adjusting
    the temperature.

    Evaluate and monitor need
    for adjustment if required.

    This has been an issue for several years and several adjustments have been done. If this continues, Stig is in contact with the landlord to secure repairs.

    coffee machine, gives a higher
    risk of fire.

    Missing a segregation station in
    printer room next to kitchen for
    glass, cans, coffee capsules,
    batteries etc.

    A waste segregation
    station should be
    considered to have in
    room next to kitchen
    with fixed dates for
    emptying.

    It has been focus on keeping the room next to the kitchen tidy and bags are left there for sampling of bottles. Collection of batteries is introduced (on props room).

    labeling is correct at all times.
    This is important due to allergies.

    Ensure Canteen update

    The Landlord was informed in January 2023 and promised to bring the message forward to canteen personnel.

    Ensure that employees do
    not become overloaded with
    heavy workload over a long
    period.

    This is always in focus by the Management, looking to ongoing projects and coming projects to secure a healthy work load. But it is important that the employee gives a heads up to nearest leader when things are piling up.

    We will continue with Townhalls 10 times a year.
    We will secure safety/security moments in Townhalls (and QHSE meetings when found needed)
    The internal project meetings shall be an arena to discuss things that will improve the work, communication, deliveries, etc.. Important that personnel bring forward issues that are of importance to the team and the performance.
