Summary

As a part of rig intake and preparations for Vår Energies exploration wells, Ringhorne North and Hubert & Mageland, an onshore review was held with Odfjell 5th of June 2023. The review was held at Odfjell’s premises at Kokstadflaten 35 in Bergen.
The review was held in a good atmosphere, the Odfjell participants were very open and willing to explain and share information.
The review team identified Zero (0) non-conformances, zero (0) observations, one (1) improvement point and 17 actions. The findings are listed in Section 4.
10 Findings from previous rig Intakes are still open and listed in Appendix D.
Odfjell is requested to respond within two weeks (ten working days) of receiving this report on how they intended to handle the findings and sending WE the required information.
The review team’s impression is that Odfjell is a rig company that has a well-functioning business management system. Odfjell is ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certified, and the management system is also prepared according to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management).

    11.10.23: SS – Work in progress. OD has informed us that they are trying out some noise-cancelling curtains that will enable personnel to work in the area over a longer period of time. OD are also currently putting together a plan on how to get this work done without interfering with the operation.

Summary
