IOGP 476 has requirements for level one for roustabouts, crane operators and deck crew. Level 2 requirements for Roughneck, subsea eng. and derrickman.
Odfjell has a non-conformance from IOGP 476 related to level 1 for crane operator, and deck crew and level 2 for derrickman and roughneck. Although IOGP 476 is a guideline, PSA communicated during previous audits of Wellesley and DNO that this is now a requirement.

This is an digital course. dec crew that have drilling education will get a deviation according to IOGP (qualifying examples of work related experience that may lead to considereing dispensation includes – regional vocational training schemes, dvs yrkesrettet utdanning)

Roughneck and Derrickman are covered by the education VK2 well technique or equivalent drilling course/education.

Conclusion.

At the end of each module there is a knowledge check which candidate must successfully complete before moving on to the final exam. If a pass mark of 70% or more is achieved in the final exam candidates will be able to access their online certificate.

Roughneck, derrick man is coverd by the fagutdanning VKS2 brønn teknikk or similar accoring to Offshore Norge guideline 024.
