Verification Report – ASCO deliveries to Oselvar PP&A and Gomez Exploration Well
Summary

The goal with the verification was to verify ASCO SoW readiness for the Oselvar PP&A and Gomez operations and to identify possible areas for improvement (Chapter 2).

The verification was held in good atmosphere, the Asco participants were very open and willing to explain and share information.

Our impression is that ASCO will strengthen the deliveries for the DNO operations. Established and custom-made MS system, stability and experience in the organization (dedicated personnel for the DNO operations), good systems in place for cargo and security handling, the management of Covid-19 stands out as robust.

One observation was identified during the verification.

    Deadline was:

    Asco’s Application form for approval of Deviation was lacking compensating measures and a risk evaluation.

    Reccommend to prepare a guideline for non-conformance handling and update form to reflect risk and compensating measures.

    Reply from Asco:
    ASCO Norge are in a process where all of the Norwegian WorkAid’s and Forms are going through a reviewing-process.
    This is planned to be finalized within the end of Q2-2021.

    As a result of the verification from DNO/Well Expertise, we are planning to implement a guidance in the form that ensures that HSSEQ/Supervisor do have control:
    o What is the deviation, and why is it necessary
    o What kind of mitigating/compensating actions are planned to be implemented
    o What is the initial risk, and final risk after implementing actions
    o Evaluation of the task/operation, so that we potential can review our WorkAid’s/Form’s
