What happened:

A lot of changes in start of the operation. Change of document name, change of specific lines, add/remove lines etc. that ideally should all be okay at start of the operation.

What was planned:

The DDR/DOR was planned as usual in IDS.

What was learned:

Have to have a set DDR/DOR setup prior to be operation starting so there should be no need of changes for the DE/DSV offshore when the operation has commenced.

Since PP&A campaigns are new for WE as a company this is a good lesson learned point.

What actions are required:

Set up a plan and run dry-runs in IDS on the DDR/DOR report to see if everything is as it should be.

What Was Done

Many changes had to be done offshore, mailing back and forth with IDS to fix it. The changes done was of course necessary but should ideally be done during planning phase, if time allows. Always some minor fixes, and still not 100% done at 1 week after start-up.
