Negative Planning LL with DNO

What happened:

Mail sent to IDS 15.03.21 (Monday) with set up requirements including feedback from DNO. No progress from IDS on Wednesday, IDS not returning calls or answering emails. IDS demanding 3.5 days to make the changes. 8 mails (follow up only!) sent to IDS (per 06.04.21) and numerous phone calls (partly unanswered).

What was planned:

DDR/DOR to be set up prior to operations.

What was learned:

IDS being very slow to implement changes. Poor service and a lot of extra work for offshore and onshore personnel while the customer see no changes to the report.

What actions are required:

Evaluate a different vendor or WE internal reporting system when not drilling standard exploration well and changes to the report need to be implemented.
