What happened:

Extremely time-consuming compared to what we get in return. Render design (or just Pia specifically?) struggles with inputing the correct words and/or numbers despite sending her EXACT input and “commands”. Time and time again I send her feedback, drawings etc, just to see that many things are still not included in the revised version or that its just simply poor work/effort..

It would be 100 x times quicker if we make it ourslves (ref.Aker handbook) and then just send it to her for printing.

That way, we not only have full control, but we dont have to ask her to change simple details and wait 3 days and still get it wrong. As long as we have acrobat Pro (which we have) that allows us to edit PDFs and a way to make it A-6 format (which im sure is possible somehow), then we’re good.

What was learned:

Too slow work and too many mistakes (we pay 850,- /hr for their work btw)

What actions are required:

Next time, we just need to try to make it ourselves in Acrobat DC or Pro in the corret format and then just send it to them for printing.
