What happened in Surface section:
Painted lengths on 13 3/8″ casing from town was actual lengths, not M/U lengths. This might cause confusion when making tally.

What Was Planned

Tuboscope to prepare 13 3/8″ csg tally onshore.

What Was Learned

Driller prefers that painted lengths are M/U lengths to make it easier to cross-check against the tally length.
Ensure that the lengths painted onto the csg joints from onshore is the M/U lengths on 13 3/8″ casing from town to make it easier for Driller when RIH (as the rig crew only do spot checks offshore).

What Actions Are Required

Ensure that the lengths painted onto the csg joints from onshore is the M/U lengths on 13 3/8″ casing from town to make it easier for Driller when RIH (as the rig crew only do spot checks offshore).
