N/A Cut & pull LL with DNO

What happened:

Due to potential WoW it was considered to leave the well and for DNO to join Oceaneering WH cutting campaign later this year. Oceaneering are using cutting sand for their operations, and must be applied for to NEA. The cuttings sand is classified as yellow, and this is a focus area from NEA. Required Environmental coordinator to gather information and prepare last-minute application to NEA, with little time because of short determination time to move the rig or not.

What was planned:

Plan to cut well head from rig with knives.

What was learned:

Consider to apply for cuttings sand as a contingency option, especially for autumn and winter operations.

What actions are required:

Risk and discuss it for every project.
