What happened in Top hole:
It was observed in the manifest that the connection on the 13 3/8″ swages was Vam21, in addition to the loadout list. It was also a delivery ticket inside the loadout where it said VAM TOP. So, two different statements.
We took up the container, KA1196, up to the rig and checked them visually. It was verified that VAM TOP was the connection.

What Was Planned

To have 13 3/8″ swages ready on drill floor in case needed. It was shipped out with the North Pomor on Manifest 4.

What Was Learned

It is important to check such things early enough to flag the difference so they can be checked. It shows how important it is to check the loadouts and manifests for all involved.

What Actions Are Required

A proposal to send out “final call out well xx” from the lead drilling engineer prior to all eq. needed from the service hands. This makes the service hands, logistic, DE, and DSV double check what’s needed.

What Was Done

The container was taken up and it was visually inspected and confirmed the connection was VAM TOP.
