What happened:

Saga Fjordbase took the 75ft riser joint and backloaded in addition to the 30″ conductor joints. The 75ft riser was in the manifest on R/T, and not B/L. Nor in any e-mail it was mentioned that the 75ft riser shall be taken of the boat.
The error was spotted after I got both boats to send a deck picture looking to confirm location of risers.
The base also asked North Pomor if it was a 30″ conductor joint or a riser, and North Pomor misinformed the base that it was a 30″ conductor joint.

What was planned:

To backload the remaining 30″ conductor joints that was on North Pomor.

What was learned:

It is a good practice to always double check the equipments onboard the boats, make them send deck picture, and keep close attention on equipment out/in/manifests.

What actions are required:

Have a talk with the base and boats to make sure such errors doesn’t happen in the future, and take the learnings from the events.
