What happened:

High values of LOT/FIT expected; 1.95 sg EMW. Value of ESD measured by LWD tool ahead of FIT was 1.367 sg. Used LWD value for calculating max surface pressure for FIT. Good result, 1.95 sg achieved, way in excess of that required to drill reservoir.

What was planned:

9 5/8″ casing FIT

What was learned:

Measured mud weight in/out after conditioning mud before FIT was 1.33 sg.

What actions are required:

Refer to ESD from LWD as well as calculated value, discuss with onshore suport before test if big differences, consider using measured value from LWD tool especially if greater than calculated. Could mean difference between successful LOT and fracking formation.
