Negative Rig specific LL with PGNiG

Shrek (6507/5-9 S, 6507/5-9 A) – Reservoir section

What happened:

Odfjell changing out parts of Management (TSL, DSL, OIM) to attend 3 day leadership seminar onshore.
PGNiG informed the evening before and timing being in the reservoir is not ideal.

What was planned:

Drill 8 1/2″ section without exposing the operation to uneccessary risks.

What was learned:

It is not ideal to change out leadership members with little to no warning and no less when the reservoir is being drilled, where people usually must be on guard.

What actions are required:

As it is likely that the attendees knew beforehand that they would leave in the middle of drilling reservoir section, it is preferred to get a substantial heads up for future operations.
