What happened:

The project was quite unorganized with a lot of revisions and outdated info provided to the designing company.
Well Expertise looks bad by association with many of the mistakes being repeated multiple times.
Their coordinator seemed absolutely inept to comprehend the changes proposed by us and the client (eventhough explained thouroughly with pictures and all). This caused several delays in the project and even stopping the printing operation due to several repeating mistakes were present. As a result the handbooks were not present on the rig for spud.

What was planned:

Render Graphic Design (operational handbook leaflets)

What was learned:

Lesson learned is to start sooner in case of a multitude of revisions

Another lesson is that this company is unable to pay attention to details and is found lacking when it comes to quality.

What actions are required:

It will be best to provide a complete and total (and literal) overview of what we want to be included in the handbook.

A Well Expertise engineer can travel to the company and personally oversee the draft product and review its formatting and content before sending it to the customer.
