What happened:

Downtime due to reduced ROP after going to max ROP of 75 m/hr:
– Started with 30 m/hr
– Jumped up to 60 m/hr
– Jumped further to 75 m/hr
– ROP was reduced to 20-40 m/hr for a period due to the plugging

What was planned:

Using Lube mud to make sure that pump should work efficiently at the start og the section and to avoid plugging.

What was learned:

More time should be used ramping up ROP to run the system warm and not cause any plugging.
Too low time increments between jumps caused plugging in cutting system (ISO-tanks)

What actions are required:

Use longer time increments between jumps of ROP.
