Section N/A. What happened:
Sometimes invoice dates does not match with actual backload dates

What Was Planned

The plan with all operations is to have costs corresponding to actual use.

What Was Learned

We need to track all high cost items (e.g., BHAs, fishing eq., rental tools like cutters, tongs, etc. etc.) more than in WELS.

What Actions Are Required

Each engineer should use the same excel sheet to track high cost items and write down when it arrived on rig and backloaded, and a reference should be made to an email or something.

All equipment without “offshore owners” (Norse tech, HillevÃ¥g electro) must be specified and highlighted to base to ensure that all equipment are being sent to the right addresses, so as to not collect expensive rental days sitting in the wrong storehouse, because no one will follow up.

In the future we can send an email when something is backloaded (high cost) to the relevant service onshore rep as well as the lead engineer so that we all can easily verify the invoices when that time comes.
