What happened:

The Electrician was called and he found a loose wire (norwegian: fase) inside one of the capsules/insulators. He fixed it by removing the capsule and re-installed the loose wire properly within that small electrical manifold. However, one of the screws used to tighten each wire (fase) was sort of rounded and was difficult to use to fasten the wire again, but he did his best to fix it anyway.

What was planned:

Background: Although the synergi says MI SWACO, it is my understanding that the synergi is about SLB Cuttings & Containment, as the synergi is written by an electrician mentioning “suction pumps to unit”. My understanding is that MI SWACO don’t have suction pumps, nor units on rigs.

What was planned: Some suction problems was experienced when trying to transfer slops to the unit for treatment.

What was learned:

Turned out to be an electrical issue.
It is my understanding that this is a relatively standard electrical maintenance thing and happens from time to time.

What actions are required:

None. No NPT or other downtime was caused as a result of this, but a synergi was made nontheless as it was 6hrs of work for the electrician.
