Negative Planning LL with Wellesley Petroleum

What happened:

Recieved phonecall from SAR Florø which have not been informed about Toppand East well. The waste received at SAR was not marked with Toppand East nor Wellesley as operator.
SAR became aware of the problem when they received waste from Gnomoria and then called us,

What was planned:

Waste handling by SAR trough Saga Fjordbase Florø.

What was learned:

Lack of communication between Saga Fjordbase/SAR/operator.
The rig had decleared waste correctly in Avfallsdeklarering. However, the declaration had to be done trough Equinor who owns the license, so information about Toppand East were written under “additional information” – which might not have been discovered at the base or SAR.
Luckily the operations before and after Toppand East/Gnomoria was operated trough Mongstad/Kristianund, so declared waste from COSLPromoter at Floro could be distinguished from other operations.

What actions are required:

Implement start up meetings before the well for future operations
More clear information from operator, specially when declaring through another operators license.

What Was Done

Internal meeting with logistics department.
Informed SAR about the correct declared waste.
Made sure that the Saga Fjordbase and SAR was aware of Gnomoria and could handle this correctly
