What happened:
Movement of conductor. Adjusted scaffold at diverter platform. Installed chain hoist horizontally in moonpool to stop movement.
What was planned:
Do the rough cut at 4.402 m below RKB. Conductor tensioned up with tension ring to 150 MT. Not planned to install any horizontal tensioning at this stage.
What was learned:
Evaluate to install horizontal tension system before making the rough cut to avoid any movement of conductor after cut made.
What actions are required:
Evaluate to implement for next operation.
