What happened:
The hammer and drive sleeve were made up on the rig by Expro crew. The hammer and drive sleeve were shipped back as one item.
What was planned:
The hammer was planned out separate from the drive sleeve.
What was learned:
Beneficial if it’s sent out in one component/pre-made up on shoe. Less heavy lifts on the rig and time saving.
What actions are required:
Evaluate possibilities for sending out the drive sleeve and hammer pre-made for future hammering operations.
