Failure of Dril-quip lifting eyes while laying out the diverter from vertical to horizontal position.
What was planned:
Retrieve and L/D the diverter prior to cutting the 30”, installing WH, HP Riser and BOP.
What was learned:
Load shit when laying down from vertical to horizontal.
What actions are required:
Review and follow up of Noble incident report.
