What happened:

When logging the 9 5/8” casing cement it was discovered during a repeat pass that the cement logs were inconsistent. Several passes were required before consistency between the logs was achieved.

What was planned:

Log the 9 5/8″ cement

What was learned:

The inconsistency between the logs could have been caused by gelled up mud.

What actions are required:

For future operations ensure repeat passes are performed until consistent bond log are achieved.

Also evaluate to perform USIT log in the beginning of the logging program to provide better time for onshore support to evaluate the logs and provide possible solutions.
