What happened:

The BU float subs sent out for the operation had wrong/undesired OD. The BU float subs sent out was 8” OD. This creates high ECD in a 8 ½” hole section. The primary is 6 ¾”. For the potential sidetrack 6 ¾” BU float subs are ordered by DD.

What was planned:

BU float planed out if needed to change out primary.

What was learned:

For 8 ½” hole float subs should be 6 ¾” to limit the ECD effect.

What actions are required:

Check for next operation.
