What happened:
For plug #1D incorrect concentration of retarder was used in the cement mix – extending the thickening time substantially (from approximately 7 hrs to 36 hrs). When dressing off the cement – no hard cement was found until 2930 m (Cement plug #1D set from 3035-2814 m).

Mix and pump cement according to cement program for P&A Plug #1.
