Section N/A. What happened:
HLB has provided a Commander 1000 cement head for launching darts and is to be used for the entire Kjøttkake project.

What Was Planned

Cementing casing with HLB plug system

What Was Learned

The Commander 1000 is bigger and heavier than the 500, and for regular 2-plug cement jobs for casing strings the 1000 is not required. The 1000 is not easily racked back, and is not racked back if weather conditions does not allow it. No benefit of Commander 1000 if not a 3-plug cement job is planned, or if cementing liner. On the Kjøttkake well, the Commander 1000 should be planned preloaded onshore before shipping out for 10 ¾” contingency liner job (if cont. needed).

What Actions Are Required

Plan for Commander 500 cement head instead, and push HLB in advance to not mobilize Commander 1000.
