What happened in Other:
The PSV’s have crew change every 4 weeks meaning that at some point we are not able to meet this requirement.

What Was Planned

NEA stated a requirement for a shorter oil spill response time than applied for; 5 hours. To obtain this we had to use our own PSV as the first system.

What Was Learned

We had to submit an application for response time deviation to NEA. This can happen for any well and needs to be accounted for in the application process or before execution phase. For any well where this requirement is expected, it can be included in the preparedness chapter in the AfD to make sure it is communicated to the authorities.

What Actions Are Required

Implement routines for response time deviations.

What Was Done

We submitted an application to NEA and received an updated permit just in time before entering the reservoir.
