What happened in P&A:
Concerns were raised that with the HXT landed on the 105 ton skid as planned the bumper bars on the SCM would be stuck out too far and come into conflict with the BOP when skidding.

What Was Planned

Planned to place HXT on mini-post guides on 105 ton skid to transfer from moonpool to main deck.

What Was Learned

The mini-posts can be used to land the HXT and still leave enough clearance to pass the BOP when skidded all the way starboard in cellar deck.

What Actions Are Required

Use the mini-posts next time.
The HXT must be in the orientation in the photos, i.e. SCM towards BOP.

What Was Done

Removed the mini-posts and placed the HXT further towards port on skid. Observed clearance of 32 cm between bumper bar on SCM to BOP. Taking measurements on this run indicates there would still be 10-12 cm clearance had the HXT been landed on the mini-posts as planned. See operational photos in attachment.
