Negative Cement LL with PGNiG

Shrek (6507/5-9 S, 6507/5-9 A) – Production section

What happened:

Cut of 9-5/8” casing close to/above uncemented weak sand interval (w/ minor 5% gas). Resulted in losses and also dropped/sunk cement job.

What was planned:

Set KOP

What was learned:

Result was losses to the uncemented interval when (trying to circulate) on POOH with casing and then the loss/sinking of the cement KOP down the annulus.
Evaluate to cement off such interval in previous 9-5/8” cmt job for barrier, if not evaluate cutting csg deeper to be closer to the zone and easier to plug it.

What actions are required:

Evaluate to set all VRP/Hi-Vis in OH (with CST) to give extra cmt support to try avoid sinking down annulus etc. If such is anticipated to be exposed – add LCM cmt chemicals.
