Falstaff (2/6-7 S) – Top hole
What happened:
During cleanout of conductor was filled with fluid. When drilling the drain hole the fluid poured out. Claxton personnel aware. The tool operated not electric.
What was planned:
If necessary to get the conductor to TD a cleanout run was planned to decrease the friction inside the conductor for easier hammering the conductor further down. The cleanout was planned to be drilled with SW and sweeps.
What was learned:
Make personnel involved that if cleanout is performed the conductor will be filled with fluid.
What actions are required:
Include as a note in the DOP
