Negative Operational LL with Wellesley

Hemispheres (36/1-4) – WELS/Kabal software

What happened:

Dolphin HR-personnel booked and moved people in WELS, then they confirmed them in WELS also, in addition to cancelling them. Both Jostein Grønsnes and Rolf Arild Tveit from Dolphin HR did this.
This way logistics or DE/medic won’t notice any changes and will therefore miss out on changing the personnel in DaWinci, which is where the helicopter takes loads in/out from.

What was planned:

To plan POB in WELS/Kabal and DaWinci. Dolphin and service companies requested seats on the helicopter through WELS, and the DE, medic and/or logistics accepting their request followed by adding them on the helicopter in DaWinci.

What was learned:

Would be beneficial to run WELS-courses with the relevant personnel coordinators that has access to WELS on how to operate in the software to eliminate such errors.

What actions are required:

Give detailed instructions on how to use WELS to the different personnel that got user access to the software.
Also, it is crucial to minimize amount of external users that has access in WELS to edit. Maybe limit it to one/two persons in each company.
Would be an idea for Kabal to actually make an access group below having access to “Confirm” and “Cancel” personnel in WELS.
