What happened:
Removed one slip element to allow passage of Frelok hydraulic line below RF without damage.
What was planned:
Run hydraulic lines with 20” Frelok joint to be able to disconnect from the Frelok pin on 20” casing.
What was learned:
Correct way to ensure no damage to hydraulic line.
What actions are required:
Repeat in future.
