What happened:
Due to incorrect concentration of retarder in #1D it was uncertainty of the density of the cement while setting up and the hydrostatic pressure in the well. Assuming density of 1.00 sg for the cement gave 1 bar overbalance with 1.52 sg mud. It was therefore decided to weight up to 1.58 sg.
What was planned:
After setting cement plug #1 the plan was to displace with 1.52 sg mud.
