What happened in Top hole:
Not able to load barite due to long transfer lines when loading on starboard side.
Bentonite ended up in silo that later turned out to be plugged and initial loaded bentonite was never used on the well but had to be carried onshore with the rig end of well.

What Was Planned

Loading bentonite and barite on starboard side of rig in Stolsfjorden after leaving Green Yard.
Starboard side was chosen to allow anchor chain twist removal on port side of rig while bulk handling.

What Was Learned

Time consuming operation 7 hrs used with 2 ea anchor handlers at 500000 NOK/day waiting.
No need for pre-hydrated bentonite sweeps for top hole drilling. Just use polymer and seawater.

What Actions Are Required

Plan for taken onboard enough polymer for all top hole sections to be drilled with hi-vis sweeps.
Containers can be taken onboard from quay side prior to leaving Green Yard.
