What happened:
Lead drilling engineer did not have admin rights on Oselvar Sharepoint.
What was planned:
Lead drilling engineer does normally have admin rights on project platfrom (Sharepoint, Projectplace etc.).
What was learned:
A lot of extra work was created since service company service access requests were sent to DNO’s Information and Records Management Coordinator which then forwarded to get approval from lead drilling engineer every single time service personnel needed access.
What actions are required:
Evaluate to give Lead Drilling Engineer (partial) admin rights on DNO’s share point to ease work load of DNO’s Information and Records Management Coordinator
-Giving access to 3rd party companies
-Easy overview of who got access and not
