What happened in Top hole:
No fill on 36″ hole wiper trip. Ran 30″ conductor, found 1m fill on bottom. Washed to bottom, picked up 0.3m, pumped cement as per programme, unable to reland conductor on bottom.

What Was Planned

Set conductor shoe on bottom, pull back 0.5-1.0m, pump cement, set shoe back on bottom to give 1.5m stickup.

What Was Learned

If we have to wash conductor to bottom and then pick up prior to cementing, limit pick-up to that which still gives acceptable stick-up if conductor cannot be relanded on bottom. In this case picked up 0.3m, giving 1.8, stick-up, OK.

What Actions Are Required

If we have to wash to bottom, consider monitoring circulating pressure with seawater after displacing all kill mud from well – if good returns and steady pressure, consider pumping cement with shoe on bottom or just off (10 cm ??)
