What happened in :
After what we though was a successful NBP install, the NBP was still attached to the MPT when tool came through RKB.

What Was Planned

Install nominal bore protector before running ACST and cement kickoff plug.

What Was Learned

Boost riser (1500 lpm used) when MPT w/ NBP is ran through BOP (a couple of times) and notice the pressure increase/spike in booster pressure. After NBP is landed according to DQ procedure, when POOH the pressure profile when ran through BOP will either be the same as on the way in indicating the NBP is still attached to the tool. Or, the pressure profile will be different (lower increase/spike) indicating NBP is laded correctly and only the MPT is POOH.

There are no downside doing this, and this should be included in next DOPs.

What Actions Are Required

– Boosting riser w/o anything in BOP: 8-11bar.
– w/ NBP on MPT pressure spike: 20-23 bar.
– POOH after DQ procedure, no spike: 8-11 bar.
