What happened in Reservoir section:
There were 5 wireline drums on the rig during wireline logging and logging on DP. The operations from Schlumberger wireline had been planned with change out of wireline drum, several times. On the TOA this is a very weather sensitive job. High risk of pinch injuries when people are man-handling the drums in awkward place where the Crane Op. has no view.

What Was Planned

Change out wireline drum.

What Was Learned

Pitch and roll must be very low, weather sea state very calm. The change out of wireline drum came on critical path.

What Actions Are Required

Try to plan wireline logging programs without the need to replace the drum several times, especially in fall/winter season.
