What happened:
After 2 ½ joints was driven in ground the rebound was observed to be very high, Blowcount was also rising.
What was planned:
There was not planned for a cleanout, only as contingency if unable to get conductor to desired depth.
What was learned:
Follow recommendation from crew. Following cleanout to 4 m less than planned depth allowed conductor to be driven to planned depth
