What happened:

NPT: 0.75 hrs
Cost: 156 250 NOK
Downtime due to Work String/Jar/Stuck Equipment.
Freed stuck BHA with bit at 1129 m:
– Observed string stall out immediately after bit drilled through shoe at 1128 m.
– Attempted to free string with 12-15 t OP, no-go.
– Set down 10 t weight, bit would not move down.
– Unable to re-initiate rotation with 30 kNm max torque setting on TDS, string stalled out. Increased maximum to 50 kNm, string stalled out.
– Continued to work string with higher OP. BHA came free with 45 t OP. Pulled bit up to 1125 m.
– Re-initiated rotation and staged up to 90 RPM / 1-2 kNm.
– Slowly worked bit down to 1129 m. Torque increased to 3-4 kNm.
