What happened:

There is to much information in the DOP’s. Easy to miss out on important steps because they are “hidden” in all the text.

What was planned:

For the Detailed Operational Procedures to be almost done from shore.

What was learned:

To limit the information in the DOP’s to only necessary information. To much information can cause driller or other relevant personell to miss out on important steps because they are “hidden” in all the text.

What actions are required:

Try to limit the information in the DOP to the necessary. Evaluate to rather write a section recommendation, including Shallow gas procedures, Jar Procedures, Stuck Pipe Procedures etc.
