Question

The question of how the operator (PGNiG) ensures that the site-specific
criteria set for disconnection from the well due to DP incidents are complied with is not
fully answered. The answer describes where the criteria are laid down (WSOG and
operating instructions), but not how PGNiG follows up that these criteria are complied
with. We request that PGNiG provide an account of how they will follow up that these
criteria are complied with.

Answer

When arriving location, the Odfjell field arrival checklist will be completed by
the DPO and OIM when configuring the DP system according to the WSOG. PGNiG
marine advisor will be onboard during rig move to location and will verify this
configuration. In addition, a checklist will be included in the Detailed Operating
Guidelines (DOP) where routines and communication lines will be described. This
includes a description of when to notify the driling supervisor, for example when
changing from green DP mode to yellow.
