What happened:
Used BX3 when FA-1 was observed to be incompatible with 20” casing.
What was planned:
BX3 elevator planned as back-up solution if FA-1 failed
What was learned:
Only means of washing down was a single 20” water bushing.
What actions are required:
Look for solution as back up in future using long bails and 2 x water bushings (make up one, run the other) to wash down if required.

What happened in Top hole:
