What happened:
Space out incorrect compared to Stack-up drawing from Well partner. The upper spool of the WH stack is 11.5 m longer in length than what was originally planned. Resulted in only 2 cm clearance from top BOP to moonpool roof.
What was planned:
The space outs for WH, BOP, Riser, Diverter/Overshot to be as per planned Wellhead Stack up drawing from Well Partner.
What was learned:
Ensure space out correctly in planning stage when its so crucial to operation.
