What happened:

Disconnected BOP.
Inspected top of TH and crown plug.

What was planned:

Pull BOP to check for debris in WH HXT. Top of TH and Crown plugs. This decision was made due to the damage we had on SSTT when POOH and to check for junk. Possible rubber bits from annular could have fallen into well.

What was learned:

Found the WH, TH cavity full of debris. See Pictures. No big junk was found. No rubber parts from the annular were found. Only light debris from the Marine riser or BOP was found. Looked like dark find sand. The assumption is that this debris has been caused by the long time SSTT lading string was riding up and down in the marine riser WOW.

What actions are required:

Flushed the WH and TH cavity area clean with ROV jetting hose.
