Borgland Dolphin

What happened in P&A:
Both sides of the UHG can be used on the TRT but the port side of the UHG comes into conflict with the HXT hub.

What Was Planned

Recover TRT/HXT from well A-3 while waiting on BOP to be tested on the stump. Planned to secure the TRT/HXT with both sides of the UHG system.

What Was Learned

Port side of UHG not suitable for HXT guidance.

What Actions Are Required

In rougher weather the TRT/HXT would have to be kept below cellar deck level so the UHG is on the TRT only. Then the tuggers can be installed and the UHG removed to pick up through the moonpool. There is more chance of the TRT/HXT swinging and hitting the cellar deck like this.

What Was Done

To have the TRT partly above the moonpool, only the starboard side of the UHG was engaged and rig trimmed starboard. Then tuggers were secured as over-hull guidance.
